Michael Fuhrman-luck started his career in the industry in 2006.  Since then Michael has completed a Batchelor of Design, Masters of Architecture, sat as the chair of the Institute of Architects (Sunshine Coast chapter) and has obtained a QBCC Building Design licence.

Michael has experience in designing & project managing all types of buildings including bespoke high-end homes, commercial buildings, multi-residential, & modular buildings.

Michael's ethos is "Question Everything”. He has an infectious energy to create the extraordinary in delivering breath-taking designs perfectly aligned with his client's brief.

Meeting

INITIAL CONSULT 

Book a free initial consult with Michael to discuss your project.  Michael will provide free advice, and introduce how we can add value for you.

Notary Stamps

APPROVALS

We will produce all the required documentation for approvals to be sought from council or private certifiers for your project to be given the green light.  We will manage the whole process for you.

VISION SKETCH

Here Michael will produce some concept level 3D images to confirm our understanding of your vision, and provide you with a fee quote for your complete design works.

DETAILED

Here we work with consultants, interior designers & our construction team to deliver detailed design drawings focussing in on the detailed side of the project and getting it right.

CONCEPT

Planning advice is sought from trusted experts to build on your vision bringing the concept to life.  We leverage our construction arm to help develop the design & cost plan the works.

Building Plans

CONSTRUCTION

Construction level documentation is produced.  We can provide these to your chosen builder, run a tender, or we can provide a price from our construction team and roll straight into work on site.
